SC VINE (Victim Information and Notification Everyday) provides information and notification for offenders throughout South Carolina in the custody or supervision of county detention centers, the South Carolina Department of Corrections (SCDC), as well the South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole and Pardons (SCDPPPS).
